We require the size of the area you need to fill with concrete
Then we will discuss the project itself and the size of the area you need filled. This is the length, width, and depth. Don't worry if this seems daunting, as our highly trained dispatchers will help you if required. We take credit card payments for your estimated amount of concrete required.
We can place your order for delivery
We will then arrange a delivery time. Normally that is a two-hour slot time within 1-2 working days, Monday to Saturday. However, Master Concrete can cater for your needs 24/7 and we can do nights and Sundays on request.
We will arrive on the day of delivery
Your Master Concrete suppliers will arrive on the day of delivery, and the driver and labourer will prepare the truck (VCM) for mixing the required strength and workability of the concrete required. Using large wheelbarrows on the truck the men will barrow the concrete within a 30-meter distance from the rear of the truck within reasonable flat level ground. The VCM will count how much concrete has been mixed.
The driver will give you a delivery note. If you have over ordered, you will receive an immediate refund and if under ordered you will be charged for the additional concrete supplied.
